I provide personalized Training Programs and Nutritional Coaching for individuals and groups of all ages and abilities tailored toward meeting their goals. I am a trainer and group instructor with over 15 years experience. I am certified by The National Academy of Sports Medicine as Personal Trainer with specializations in Corrective Exercise, Nutrition, Senior Fitness, and Youth Exercise. I am also certified as a Group Fitness Instructor. Classes include Indoor Cycling or Spin, Strength, Abs and Glutes or Core, Silver Sneakers, boot camps, Yo-Chi a combination of Yoga and Tai Chi, and High Intensity Interval Training for weight loss and endurance.
I enjoy cycling and running for cardio activity. Also, resistance and functional training maintain lean muscle mass. Flexibility is paramount for efficiency and to minimize injury. As an athlete, I have competed in running, cycling, speed skating, triathlons, and duathlons.
